STORE AND FORWARD DATA

During workouts such as strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch¹. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved.
