Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Kiwi Multisport Limited. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund. 

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Shipping Policy

Kiwi Multisport is committed to providing you with a prompt, friendly customer service, to ensure we dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, once we have received payment. We aim to get your purchase to you within 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days depending where in New Zealand you reside.

Cancellation Policy

Our system is designed to fulfill orders promptly so that we can get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. This means that the sooner we hear from you, the better! In stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. At this point it becomes a return.
