At Kiwi Multisport we offer a 100% guarantee on all products in store. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send it back to us within 7 days of the date of purchase, with your invoice, in its original packaging, and in an unused condition, with tags attached. We will either replace it for you or offer a refund! Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Our refund policy does not include the sale of bikes. We do not offer refunds on bikes if you have a change of mind. This does not effect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is soiled, damaged, worn or laundered is considered to be in other than "As New" condition and cannot be returned. Please remember that the regulations require swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments. We reserve the right to return to buyer without replacement any items which have been abused or improperly cared for.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Kiwi Multisport Limited. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Kiwi Multisport is committed to providing you with a prompt, friendly customer service, to ensure we dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, once we have received payment. We aim to get your purchase to you within 1-2 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days depending where in New Zealand you reside.
As all of our Boardman bikes are shipped to us from the UK, please allow 10 working days to receive your bike.
Our system is designed to fulfill orders promptly so that we can get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. This means that the sooner we hear from you, the better! In stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. At this point it becomes a return.
We do not offer a cancellation policy on any bike purchases.
Orders over $500
As a security precaution against fraudulent transactions, we ask for customers who purchase items over $500 NZD to show proof of address and Identity.
Apologies if this seems invasive but we prefer to make sure that the payments made on your card are made by yourself and not somebody who has stolen your details.We will email you asking for proof of address and identity prior to shipping your order.
